Major Moscow's Attacks Disrupt Electricity Across Kyiv

During the night, Moscow's aerial assaults have caused electricity outages in large parts of the capital city, Kyiv.

A number of civilians were wounded while local people in eastern neighborhoods were experienced blackouts and dealt with interruptions to water systems, per reports from municipal leaders.

Meanwhile, a minor was killed in a separate aerial attack in the Zaporizhzhia region in the southeastern part, according to regional authorities.

Moscow has intensified attacks on power infrastructure over the last fortnight, while Ukrainian leadership has demanded "concrete actions" from international partners to increase pressure on Moscow.

"What's needed is not superficial actions but firm measures - from the United States, the EU and the major economies - in providing defensive weapons and applying restrictions," mentioned in a online statement.

Authorities reported that numerous aerial vehicles and several dozen projectiles struck Ukraine's energy infrastructure, labeling such strikes as "premeditated" and against "critical infrastructure" as temperatures become colder.

Government representatives said Russia was "inflicting a massive strike" and technical staff were laboring to restore power.

A barrage of missiles hit power facilities and residential structures in Kyiv.

Several of the people hurt in the attacks on the capital have been taken to hospital, according to municipal representatives.

Regional authorities said the city experienced significant strikes throughout the evening. A minor was killed and three other people were injured.

The strikes follow nights of aerial attacks in the area, sections of which are occupied by Russian forces.

The whole nation is in a state of readiness for hypersonic Kinzhal missile strikes, which are more difficult to identify.

Authorities told the media that Moscow was intentionally trying to destroy the national power system, with strikes already impacting gas facilities.

Officials stated technical personnel and officials were preparing for further attacks.
